Miami Vice is what the huz calls this look. I call it smart/casual. Besides, I loved the 80's! I'm just thankful that the shoulder padded, 3/4 sleeve cream blazer is a little more subtle and feminine now. 80's fashion is like a fine wine ... it improves with age. ;)
