This spring-y dress made me feel a little like a Neapolitan soft serve ice cream and my pasty legs where a perfectly pale cone. I think spring is on it's way to Green Bay, so I'm celebrating with bare legs and no tights crunching painfully into my waistline. Oh yes, and with pink cupcakes too!
