Little Scarlet at 6 days old
Wrinkled skin that doesn't quite fit
Tight little fists that haven't yet relaxed
Sweet little tongue that loves to stick out
Big blue eyes that stare into my own
Skinny limbs waiting to plump up
Soft downy fluff covering her tiny back
All warmth and deliciousness
