Elliot has been asking to make a jack o lantern ever since he saw those pumpkins sitting happily at the front door. So we set to work over the weekend but had to get daddy involved cause he's done it a lot more than I have. I always start off decently but then, when it comes to cutting out the face, my approach is awful and messy. But Phil's got it down, a true artiste. So here are our pumpkin carving pictures ....
We baked the pumpkin seeds with olive oil and spices and while little E tested those out, Scarlet sat for pictures, so proud of their little creation. :)
A week started great to have!
