A Glamorous Holiday Wish List

Anthropologie's holiday catalog greeted me at the mail box yesterday and, of course, it had me completely in love with about a hundred things. I made a dash for their website today to see what else I could find. So here is my blissfully indulgent holiday wishlist and yes, dear family, I know that this is utterly ridiculous wishful thinking, but there's no harm in hoping dreaming.

Now wouldn't this scrumptiously upholstered tartan chair fit in perfectly with my newly covered pillows? And such a perfect spot for grandpa to take a nap after the Thanksgiving turkey and pecan pie.

A lamp shade perfect for my vintage amber glass base. Oh, it would look so amazing!

This cheery reindeer pillow would be so "at home" on my green velvet couch. 

A pinwheel afghan with an heirloom beauty. 

One of the most astonishingly perfect "fairy tale" light fixtures I've ever laid eyes on. Imagine it hanging so perfectly in a little cafe or bakery.

And if I were to dress myself from top to toe (albeit not at the same time, mind you) in some of Anthropologie's beautiful little luxuries, these are the delightful items I would pick. A mustard yellow ribbon of rich velvet adorning the cutest fedora ever, meets many a glittered delight. There's no better time to shimmer like a disco ball than now!

And these cozy winter boots with their sweater-y insert are a perfect pick-me-up for this long winter ahead.
