Mamma Style {rainy day}

Well it's been a busy day today but I've finally found my way to a couch. Bliss! We've had an amazing time of it though, celebrating the huz' birthday with a little breakfast out, just the 2 of us and little E. And then this afternoon I worked on a project that I'll share tomorrow after popping something in the crock pot. And finally we made cupcakes and sang happy birthday to daddy once the boys were all home again.

The weather was a little wild today. It went from sunny to stormy to a perfect sunset. I snapped a picture of the sky this afternoon because it was so impressively foreboding. Thunder storms always, without fail remind me of South Africa and the killer storms we experienced as kids. They were both beautiful and terrifying. We (girls) have some funny stories to tell, the kind in which we were sure we would die! Too funny.

Little E has had terrible diarrhea for the past 2 days and I'm not exaggerating in the least. It was awful! So he's looking a little worse for the ware in these pictures and his outfit was his #2, the kind you just throw on because you know it won't stay clean for long. So that's his excuse for not being as dapper as usual. :)
